My name is Karen Buglass and I am a Foot Health Practitioner and the owner of Feet at Home,
a local mobile footcare service based in Wallington
My aim is to ensure your feet look and feel great whatever your age!
Whether you have thick or ingrown toenails, corns, callus or cracked heels, I offer the highest standard of professional foot treatments tailored to your individual needs.
My mobile footcare treatments are carried out in the comfort and convenience of your home and are ideal for people with mobility problems or no access to transport.

Similar to a Chiropodist a Foot Health Practitioner provides the highest level of routine foot care for people with foot pain. Many people, particularly as they age, suffer from foot problems such as corns, thickened nails, hammertoes and bunions. Trimming and thinning the nails and removing corns and hard skin can help improve comfort and mobility.
I graduated from the SMAE Institute in 2020. The SMAE is the longest-running independent provider of training in Foot Health in the UK. Before this, I was a fashion stylist and my love of making people feel and look the best they can have now transferred to achieve the same with feet!

I am professionally insured, DBS-checked and a member of the British Association of Foot Health Professionals and the British Chiropody and Podiatry Association and bound by their Code of Ethics and Rules.

For professional mobile foot care in the comfort of your own home with a Foot Health Practitioner
PRICES
For a bespoke foot care service
An initial Mobile Foot Care Appointment costs £60, which includes a Neuro-vascular Assessment and can take up to an hour. Subsequent appointments are up to 45 mins.
The charge is £55 for subsequent appointments booked within a 12-week period.
A discretionary charge of £10 may be added if feet need extra attention. This will be discussed at the appointment.
Appointments can be paid in cash or by card.
Orthotics are extra and start at £5 a pair.

Karen arrived on time, and was fully dressed in PPE. After filling out paperwork (medical history / covid health check ), we discussed what I required from her, followed by an examination of my feet. Karen diagnosed various aliments - and recommended treatments. Karen cut my nails, filed a dodgy nail to make it look normal, and filed away dry skin, followed by the application of a gorgeous foot cream. 3 weeks on my feet are still looking good ! Karen has a credit card payment machine - so you don't have to go to the cash point!

I truly recommend Karen for your "At Home" foot care. Lovely lady with all the Covid precautions apparatus. I now have regular foot care e.g. massage/toenails cut/dead skin removed, plus any other foot ailments. It is most relaxing to have done.

COVID-19 - HOME VISIT PROCEDURE
Contact will be made before every visit to confirm that client and practitioner are both symptom-free.
Clean PPE will be donned for every visit and includes a face mask, visor, apron and gloves.
All instruments are sterile and bagged.
