Foot Health Services
Terms & Conditions

1. This Agreement

By registering with us and booking an appointment, you agree to these terms. If we ever update them, the changes only apply to future appointments — not treatment you're already having.

2. Your Details

Please make sure your contact details and medical history are accurate, and let us know if anything changes. We can't be responsible for missed messages if your details are out of date.

3. Booking Appointments

Every appointment starts with a quick assessment to check it's right for you. If we feel a different type of appointment or treatment is needed, we may adjust or decline the booking.

4. Payment

Payment is due at booking or on the day, unless we've agreed otherwise. We accept card, bank transfer, or cash (no cheques).

5. Cancelling or Missing Appointments

Please give us at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. We may charge for late cancellations, no-shows, or repeated rebooking. Repeated missed appointments may mean we can no longer offer you bookings.

6. Assessment & Treatment

Your practitioner will assess your foot health and recommend the right treatment. Please share your full medical history — leaving things out could affect how safe or suitable your treatment is.

7. Risks

We always aim for the best outcome, but no treatment is risk-free; results can't be guaranteed, and healing times vary. We'll talk you through any risks before starting treatment.

8. Home Visits

We offer home visits within 5 miles of Wallington. You can request a preferred time, but we may need to adjust it slightly to plan safe, efficient routes — we'll let you know as early as possible if this happens.

9. Custom-Made Items

If we order custom items for you (like insoles or orthotics), full payment is needed upfront, and these items can't be refunded once ordered.

10. Under-18s

Anyone under 18 must be with a parent or guardian, who gives consent, is responsible for payment, and stays present where appropriate.

11. Confidentiality

We keep your information confidential. Please respect the privacy of other patients too, especially in shared spaces.

12. Data Protection

We handle your data in line with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy. Booking with us means you're happy for us to use your information to provide your treatment.

13. Respectful Conduct

We ask everyone to be respectful during appointments and communications. We may decline or stop treatment if there's inappropriate behaviour, a safeguarding concern, or repeated disregard for these terms — and we'll explain why.

14. Our Right to Decline Treatment

We may pause, change, or decline a service if it's unsafe, information is missing or incorrect, or respectful engagement can't be maintained.

15. Our Responsibility to You

We always provide care with skill and attention, but we can't guarantee specific outcomes. Our responsibility covers the treatment we provide directly — not outcomes from choices made outside our clinical advice.
